BakLater is designed as a local-first recommendation inbox. The initial app stores saved recommendations on your device.

Information You Provide

You may save titles, links, notes, tags, source context, and recommendation details. BakLater does not currently provide account sync, cloud backup, or account recovery.

Clipboard, Location, Voice, and AI

Future optional features such as clipboard prompts, location reminders, voice capture, screenshot processing, and AI-assisted enrichment should only run after you choose to use or enable them. BakLater should not silently collect clipboard or location data.

Third-Party Metadata

BakLater may contact metadata providers through BakLater servers to find posters, descriptions, ratings, restaurant details, and related links. API keys are kept server-side.

Data Export and Deletion

BakLater does not sell personal data.
